Stoner

Once in Denver, a Colorado trim operation wanted to sell to a company in Las Vegas, Nevada. The primary leaders came to me, flew out to meet me in Las Vegas, then I drove to Denver to inspect their operation. My job was to sell the entire operation to a Nevada based business. Henderson, Nevada, south of Las Vegas, Henderson had the space that they wanted to farm in. I was puzzled. The owner of the Denver based business said something that did not feel right - Her tone did not feel appropriate. I asked questions. Many questions were answered with cheer. Honesty was everywhere as I toured the building. Then I met the employees. Went to the next business with employees. Asked them questions. Enjoying the adventure of learning, I was enthusiastic about meeting the team of trimmers. I asked the owner, "How to find these workers?" Where did they come from? I wanted to know how to encourage a work force to trim marijuana plants. I wanted to know how I would hire my staff. How do I find employees to work for me and my trim operation? The owner was quite simple. The owner gave me a statement that was quite blunt. She said, "They are Stoners, Thomas."
